I was in a collision. It was my fault. What do I do now?
Do you want to file an insurance claim? Find out how much your insurance collision deductible will cost you. If you know the cost of repairs is definitely going to exceed your deductible, go ahead and file a claim with your insurance company. Write down your claim number and any other pertinent info and bring it to us when you come for an estimate. We'll go from there together. If you don't want to use your insurance, just come right on in.
Okay, this one wasn't my fault.
File a claim on their insurance company, not yours. Wait on the police report if necessary.
I hit a deer (or a turkey, or a raccoon, or a cow, or...), what next?
If your car is okay to drive home (meaning it's not leaking fluid or making any horrible sounds), then drive home or to the shop to drop off your vehicle, and get your insurance info straightened out.
Do you tow?
No, we don't tow. If your car is undriveable, call a tow truck and have them take it to the shop. If you don't know who to use or how to do it, call us at 405.222.0336 and we will arrange a tow for you.
So, you can fix hail dents without painting?
Yes. Sometimes. We do paintless dent repair at our facility, and if some dents are too big, they will be repaired and painted conventionally.
Can you fix the aluminum on my new car?
Yes.
I have an auto glass need.
We repair rock chips on windshields, but they aren't all repairable. We also install new windshields, door glasses, and any other glass on your vehicle, so just give us a call.
Will you change my oil?
Nope, sorry. We don't do oil changes, strictly mechanical work, or tire shop duties here.
Nothing mechanical? My radiator is leaking from that deer I hit.
We do collision related mechanical repairs like radiators and condensors, air bag systems and such.
So how long is this repair really going to take?
We definitely can't answer that as a general rule of thumb. We can tell you that downtime can be reduced by getting all the ducks in a row before your car comes in for repair. Give us a chance to get the parts ordered beforehand, and make sure we're all on the same page with the insurance company.
I have more questions.
No problem! Give us a call, send us an email, or stop by. We can help.
